Man, 31, dead after motorcycle crash in North Burlington

A man is dead after the motorcycle he was driving struck a car in North Burlington on Sunday, Halton police say.

Police say they responded to the call shortly before 12 p.m., in the Guelph Line and Colling Road area, after a 31-year-old man collided with a vehicle.

According to police, the man was driving southbound on Guelph Line when he struck a car that was attempting to turn into Mount Nemo Conservation area.

The man was pronounced dead on scene.

Guelph line was closed in both directions while police investigated but has since reopened. 

Police say they will not be releasing the name of the deceased at this time.
