The Special Investigations Unit is probing a crash that left four people dead, including a couple and their grandchild, after a police pursuit on Highway 401. As Catherine McDonald reports, one driver who was travelling eastbound on the highway at the time says he narrowly missed crashing into the suspect vehicle.
