Brampton man killed in motorcycle collision

A Brampton man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Mississauga Wednesday afternoon.

Peel police said the collision occurred on Tomken Road, near Eglinton Avenue, at 4:45 p.m.

Police said a car hit the motorcycle and then debris from the initial collision hit a third car.

The 49-year-old man who was riding the motorcycle was taken to hospital, but died of his injuries.

A driver in one of the vehicles sustained minor injuries from broken glass.

Peel police said they are still looking for the driver of a light-coloured van who may have witnessed the incident.
