FENELON FALLS, Ont. – Police say a Newmarket woman was killed in a fiery crash between a motorcycle and an SUV south of Fenelon Falls.
Police say Catherine Keveza, 55, died when her motorcycle collided head-on with the SUV on Glenarm Road on Friday night.
Keveza was pronounced dead at the scene.
Both vehicles were engulfed in flames after the collision but the driver of the SUV and two passengers were not injured.
Glenarm Road was closed for five hours Friday night, delaying many people who were heading to cottages in the area.
