LONDON, Ont. – Police in London, Ont., have laid charges against a motorcycle driver alleged to have twice fled accident scenes.

Investigators say a passenger fell off a motorcycle when the driver accelerated through a stop sign after spotting police.

Police say the passenger received minor injuries and the driver did not stop.
