WHITBY, Ont. – Ontario Provincial Police have charged a man with manslaughter in connection to a motorcycle accident on Highway 401 in Whitby, Ont., from last month.
Police say on Aug. 27, a crash occured on Highway 401 and a female passenger became dislodged from her seat.
The female was thrown into the path of oncoming traffic, where she was struck and killed.
Police arrested and charged Rashid Soujah, 37, of North York with one count of manslaughter on Friday.
