ESSA TOWNSHIP, Ont. – Police say charges are pending after a 27-year-old man was killed when his motorcycle was involved in a collision with a car south of Barrie, Ont.
Investigators say the bike was travelling northbound when it the collision happened in Essa Township early today.
Police say the motorcyclist was from Innisfil but have not released his name.
They say the 29-year-old driver of the car is from Barrie and was treated for minor injuries at a hospital in nearby New Tecumseth.
Police say they intend to file charges once their investigation is finished.
