A motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Little Portugal.
It happened near Dufferin Street and Waterloo Avenue at around 7 p.m.
Toronto Paramedic Services said a man in his 40s sustained serious but non-life-threatening head injuries.
A stretch of Dufferin Street was blocked off as police investigated the collision.
