Witnesses wanted after fatal motorcycle crash

Peel police are appealing for witnesses to a motorcycle collision in Brampton that killed a 30-year-old man Thursday night.

In a release issued Friday, Police said the 30-year-old man was riding his 2004 green Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle around 8 p.m. on Bovaird Drive, approaching Edenbrook Hill, when he collided with an SUV in the intersection, a 1998 Honda CRV.

The collision with the motorcycle then caused the Honda CRV to collide with another SUV, a Mazda CX9.

The man on the motorcycle was taken to a Toronto hospital by air ambulance, but he died of his injuries.

The drivers of both SUVs had only minor injuries.

Peel police are asking anyone who saw the collision, or any of the vehicles prior to the collision, to contact them at 905-453-2121 ext. 3710, or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
